1. Operator

primerman-wear.com is operated by BMM DIGITAL LTD ("we", "our", "us"), a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16603634, with registered office at 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom. Trading name: Primer ManWear.

2. Contract formation

By placing an order through primerman-wear.com, you make an offer to purchase. The contract is formed when we send the order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

3. Pricing and payment

Prices are in British Pounds (GBP) and shown final at checkout. Payment is taken at order placement via Shopify Payments, card, PayPal, or Apple Pay.

4. Right to cancel (cooling-off)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel any order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. Our voluntary 30-day return window (see Refunds & Returns) extends this further. Cancellation is free of charge to you.

5. Delivery

Delivery terms are set out in our Shipping Policy. Risk passes to you when the item is delivered.

7. Complaints

If you have a complaint, email support@primerman-wear.com. We acknowledge complaints within 1 business day and aim to resolve within 5 business days.

8. Liability

Our liability for any loss or damage is limited to the price you paid for the product, except for liability we cannot lawfully exclude (death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or breach of consumer rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015).

9. Force majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control (strikes, courier disruption, supply chain issues, severe weather, etc.).
